Citroën 2 CV 6 1987

Very beautifully restored 2CV6 with photos of the restoration. Restored in the Netherlands by experienced 2CV specialists. The restoration was done with care and craftsmanship and almost everything is new. The Citroën was delivered new in the Netherlands and there is a odometer report present that recorded the mileage from 1991. According to the RDW, the odometer reading of 90, 911 is therefore explainable.
The body has been newly painted in the original beautiful colour Blanc Meije and this is excellently done. The paint looks very nice with almost no signs of use. The duck has new mudguards and new rims. Also new are the beautiful round chrome headlights with yellow lights. The roof has been renewed in the past and the chassis galvanised. All sound and solid. So the exterior is very nice and tightly painted. Also notable is that the doors close like a safe, so a lot of time has been put into the right finish.
As you would expect, the complete interior is also in top condition. The original bench has been replaced with seats, with the driver having an adjustable backrest. So you sit much better! The blue fabric upholstery is brand new and so very nice. It looks very good with the white paint anyway. A new modern radio with blue tooth has been fitted.
The original 602cc engine has recently had a service, and an electronic ignition has been fitted, so you never have to adjust it again. A new exhaust was fitted during the restoration. The 2CV starts immediately and runs great, it is a pleasure to drive it and see many happy faces along the way. Very charming and no nonsense. The famous boxer has enough power to keep up with today's traffic. The gearbox also shifts as it should and there are no side noises
