Oldsmobile F-Series Business Coupe 1937

I'm not usually a big fan of US cars, but this Oldsmobile Business Coupé really appealed to me. With its sweeping forms and interior trimmed for practicality, it embodies a contradiction that makes the car absolutely attractive.
This example is in excellent condition and is comfortable to drive with its 8-cylinder in-line engine. The high-quality interior with storage compartments behind the seats plus the huge boot make it a touring car for long journeys.
The playful bodywork with its many exciting details makes the heart of every car enthusiast beat faster. This car is a real eye-catcher and a guaranteed centre of attraction at every classic car meeting.
This vehicle was presented in issue 10/1998 of the American magazine Collectible Automobile. It mentions the fact that the leather interior was usually only ordered in the convertibles, that only 26 Business Coupes were sold with the spare wheels mounted on the wings and that this example is probably the last surviving one. The magazine with a letter of thanks from the publisher to the owner can be found in the vehicle documentation.
Various original documents such as operating instructions, lubrication schedule and equipment lists are included, as are the original licence plates from Ohio. The replacement value according to the expert report from 2022 is € 62,000.00
