Porsche 911 3.0 Special 1969

68th Karman body, F-model, something very special in itself. Here in a sporty version. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
The car was imported from the USA in 2010 and acquired by the current owner in 2015 and used in historic regularity races.

Most of the technology was taken from the G-series, the successor model, e.g. the 5-speed gearbox and the basis of the 3.0l engine. Like the rest of the car, it was refined by Porsche specialists. With a 6-barrel Weber carburettor system and sports camshafts, the '11 will certainly produce more than 220 hp. However, there is no certificate to this effect. The car has probably never been raced, the underbody is simply too virgin for that. Other sporty applications such as aluminium roll bars, stabilisers and much more are a joy to behold and are beautifully finished. Of course, it would be conceivable to restore the car to its original condition, but the original parts are not available.
The Porsche drives extremely well, shifts cleanly and is perfect on the road. Oil cooler and suspension adjustments were carried out by a specialist in Munich according to the previous owner. Most of the modifications as well as the paint (well done) are already from the USA.
