Borgward Isabella Coupé - a car to melt away in! Whether in 1957 or today, the Borgward Isabella Coupé is a delight. The successful design is fascinating. Extremely elegant, yet discreet, sporty and yet this coupé never appears obtrusive or exaggerated. Coupled with great mechanics and easy handling, this Borgward Isabella version was a dream car for both men and women.
This Borgward Isabella Coupé was first registered in August 1959. Registered for the last 10 years (previously it had 3 other owners), the beautiful coupé has always been kept roadworthy and well maintained. With no significant damage, the interior appears to be original. With minor weaknesses in the chrome, bodywork and paintwork, the beautifully shaped lady received her renewed MOT approval in December 2023 and still spoils us today with unexpectedly good driving characteristics and the engine elasticity that was highly praised at the time.
