Ferrari 308 GTB 1980

This Ferrari 308 GTB was delivered in Germany and used for what it was built for: it was driven. None of the previous owners thought about increasing value, history or anything like that. Everyone just had fun with the sports car from Maranello. In 1986 the car came to Austria, where it changed hands a few times within a radius of perhaps 50 km. The current owner acquired the 308 as part of his collection with the same motivation, but has demonstrably invested in the condition of the vehicle, so that the car is now for sale in a visually and technically well-maintained condition. In spring 2022, the following work was carried out at Bosch Service: * Front and rear brake calipers overhauled with new seals and dust boots
Original clutch pressure plate and clutch disc installed
Gas cable replaced
new Michelin tires
Timing belt replaced
Air conditioning compressor overhauled and sealed
Interior fan repaired
Ignition distributor overhauled by a German specialist
2 new Hall sensors
Flyweight adjustment and shaft new bearings
2 new ignition modules
Oil service and various filters
new Spark plugs replaced
Left pop-up headlight (plug connection) repaired
Radiator fan replaced
Battery replaced
Driving light relay replaced
1 membrane for accelerator pump replaced
Replaced coolant hose on underbody
Replaced hose on tank filler neck
Various fuel hoses replaced
§57a/TUEV carried out
Exhaust muffler rebuilt and galvanized by an external company
Internal drive sleeve replaced
Generator a+e. and newly overhauled in April 2021 at 6155 km.
In October 2023, some defects on the body were repaired, in particular the driver's door and the front spoiler, which were improperly repaired with an older paint job. The car was last passed through the hands of a detailer who brought the paint, leather and interior into shape. The final drawback is the left cheek of the driver's seat, and that will be fixed in the next few weeks. Arranged privately, viewing by appointment.
