Land Rover Defender 90 1991

Frame off restoration carried out on this rustfree 1991 Defender 90.
Import from southern Spain, never seen snow or salt on the road.
During the restoration we removed the entire body from the chassis and stripped it to bits.
Chassis was sandblasted and triple powdercoated in black.
Body restored wirth new front fenders. Body carefully prepared and painted panel by panel in Urban Green. Front wings modified to take Spectrearches. 3 new doors installed
Completely rebuild Tdi engine , bench tested prior to installation, new pistons, rebuild cylinderhead, new clutch kit, new starter, new alternator, new turbo
Completely rebuild LT77 5 speed manual gearbox, uprated
Completely rebuild LT230 transfer box
Full axle rebuild, new swivels, new pins, new bearings, new seals, new drive members, new brake rotors , new brake calipers, new brake pads.
All suspension arms sandblasted and powdercoated in black
HD rollbar in gloss black with Chocolate Mohair Soft Top
Gloss black 10 x 16 Spectre wheels with 35 inch Maxxis Mudzilla's
LED lights all round incl Landrover Autobiography Bi Led headlights
Tobacco brown leather interior with HARRIS tweed centres.
