Lister Cars Motor Company Ltd. is a British car manufacturer founded by George Lister in 1954 in Cambridge, which became known for its involvement in motorsport. Sold in 1986 to Laurence Pearce, it produced variants of the Jaguar XJS before producing its own sports car: the Lister Storm. In 2005 he decided to make the leap into the prototype category without luck. In the company's palmarès there are two FIA GT Championships (2000 and 2001) for drivers and constructors and 4 victories in the English GT. Since May 2013, Lister Cars has been purchased by Warranty Wise Insurance Services.
